We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

The checklist sign-up and contact forms are not active yet; nothing you type is stored or sent.

We will collect your email, optional first name, the consent wording and the time you agreed (CASL), and the page or campaign you signed up from.

Emails will be sent with Lovable's built-in email service from our own domain, using double opt-in. Every email will include our mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe. We never sell or share your email.

We only use Google Analytics if we turn it on, and then only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Right now no analytics is active.

Clicking a course link takes you to The Forex Trading Coach's site, whose own privacy policy applies. It may use cookies to credit us with a referral.

We store only a session flag so the checklist pop-up shows once per visit, and your cookie choice if analytics is turned on.
